BAM @ Newcastle Under Lyme College

Sampson Cleaning were selected to carry out the external builders clean to the new £20 million pound college located in Newcastle Under Lyme. The thorough specification included the cleaning of all windows, frames, external render and brickwork, bris-solei and external paved floors. Strict health and safety requirements were satisfied by fully qualified operatives (CSCS, IPAF) complete with highly specific method statements and risk assessments. Access was provided by a variety of different pieces of equipment including MEWPS, Scaffold and extendable ladders. All works were completed to programme and to the complete satisfaction of the client.
